OUR MISSION
Donakeh L.L.C serves individuals with disabilities. Donakeh L.L.C works in partnership with people with disabilities and their families to assist them in making informed choices to achieve full community participation through employment, education, and independent living opportunities.
OUR STORY
Donakeh LLC was founded on the belief that every individual deserves the chance to grow, build skills, and pursue meaningful work and greater independence. Through supportive coaching, hands-on training, and real-world learning experiences, Donakeh works alongside individuals to help them build confidence and move forward with purpose. What began as a local effort serving Raleigh County and the surrounding communities has grown to also support individuals in Martinsburg, West Virginia, and nearby areas, allowing Donakeh to reach and assist even more people along their journey.

At Donakeh, we believe progress happens through consistent support, practical learning experiences, and strong partnerships. Our team works closely with individuals and families to identify strengths, build skills, and create pathways toward meaningful opportunities.

Donakeh L.L.C. is led by founder Donald Burton Jr., a Beckley, West Virginia native who also serves as Executive Director of The Summit Kollective and leads with the guiding principle, “Love your neighbor as yourself.”
