About Us

Donakeh L.L.C serves individuals with disabilities. Donakeh L.L.C works in partnership with people with disabilities and their families to assist them in making informed choices to achieve full community participation through employment, education, and independent living opportunities.

 We offer a range of services focused on building career and life skills, including Community Based Assessments, Job Coaching, Life Skills training, Supported Employment, and Trial Work Experience. Our programs also include Work-Based Learning Education and Work Skills Adjustment, all designed to help individuals gain experience, improve their abilities, and achieve greater independence in the workplace. 

 We offer a variety of programs to support personal and professional growth, including Accountability in the Workplace, Business Etiquette, Career Exploration, Computer Literacy, and Financial Literacy. We also provide training in Conflict Resolution, Customer Service, Recovery Coaching, Self-Advocacy, Life Ready Skills, and Workplace Readiness. For those interested in public service, we offer First Responders CEO and Forensics CEO programs, along with college readiness support and a Re-entry Program to help individuals successfully transition back into the community.
